Steven Gerrard could miss next week's Champions League qualifier against Standard Liege after limping out of tonight's 4-1 win over Valerenga.
The Liverpool skipper picked up a thigh strain and will undergo a thorough examination tomorrow. Early indications are that he could be out of action for around a week.
Speaking straight after the match, Rafa said: "It is a thigh strain. We need to wait but it could be one week."
